The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has launched an upgraded version of its travel app—DMRC Momentum 2.0. This smart, integrated platform allows commuters to book metro tickets, bike taxis, and auto-rickshaws in one go, solving the major challenge of first and last-mile connectivity.

HOW IT WORKS

• Enter your destination in the app.

• It suggests nearby metro stations and transport options.

• Book a ride (bike, taxi or auto) to the metro station.

• Before reaching your destination station, book a final ride.

• If it’s a short distance, the app will suggest walking.

The feature is enabled through partnerships with cab booking apps—a women-led startup offering safe rides for female commuters.
